Nicely done without being over the top.

Being of Italian decent I would have liked even more garlic but understand that prepared foods have to be reasonable for everyone. I added some red onions to the potatoes as I heated them up as an appetizer once and then to accompany a dinner meal later on adding then a wee bit of Reaper pepper; perfectly done to my taste.

The roasted red potatoes are nicely seasoned. They go really well with my other two favorites, the chicken breasts and the vegetable medley.
