Ingredients were fresh and it tasted great! I like the spaghetti squash in place of pasta to follow along with the meal plan I have set up and this meal was a great protein packed choice for post strength training!

Good fresh taste. This is one that has sufficient flavor with the pesto, which you can add to your taste. Nice to have it served with spaghetti squash instead of pasta or rice. It is a good one of my limited meal choices that meet the 30 carb per meal target of my pre diabetes control diet! Do more of these!
