This is absolutely my favorite MM breakfast! I'm not the biggest egg fan, so that doesn't leave a lot of options on the menu. I decided to try this. It is hands down my favorite because I actually like the sunny side up egg, the pork is very flavorful (I also recommend the carnitas enchilada if you like pork), and the combination of the ingredients makes this delicious!
