As a professional athlete and NFL cheerleader, Erica knows what it takes to keep your body and mind in prime condition. Whether you’re just starting your health journey, or are a seasoned athlete looking for more accountability, Erica provides clients with the education and support they need to maximize results through health coaching and personal training services.

Chase Mckesey: 

Chase Mckesey, founder of Trophy Body, found his confidence and purpose through his fitness journey from high school athlete to World-Class personal trainer. He personally writes all Trophy Body Online Programs, responds to every Trophy Body Online client himself, and enjoys every step of his clients’ journey to results. His efforts have established him as a community leader in his hometown of Washington D.C., and built an impressive fitness resume.
