Q: How long do your meals last?

A: We can’t guarantee the freshness of our meals beyond Friday, but this is largely your preference! Our meals can be frozen for up to 3 weeks.

Q: Are your meals frozen?

A: Our meals are prepared, and delivered fresh. They are never frozen.

Q: How long do the meals need to be heated for?

A: It depends on your microwave and temperature preference. The average heating time is 1-2 minutes.

Q: Are your meals healthy?

A: We believe our meals work well for most diets, and nutritional needs. All ingredients are weighed/measured to ensure the most exact calorie, and macro content accuracy. We also make as many health conscious substitutions as possible with our meals. For example, our many of our sauces are fat free, Greek Yogurt based. We also source ingredients from local farms in VA, ensuring you get the highest quality ingredients available.

Q: What are the macros of your meals?

A: All macros can be seen on the product pages for each meal, and are also located on our meal containers.

Q: Can I make modifications to my meals?

A: At this time meals are made ‘as is’ no modifications or substitutions are allowed. For custom meal plans, please consider ordering our bulk protein/carb options.

Q: When is the deadline for orders?

A: Thursday 11:59 p.m. is the absolute deadline, no exceptions can be made. Please consider following us on social media @eatmightymeals for updates, and reminders. Also, subscribe to our text message reminder service to receive your Thursday reminders, AND special offers. For your convenience, we do offer all items to either be purchased one time, or set for a recurring order. Items that are selected for a recurring order will be billed on a weekly basis for the items that are selected.

Q: If I order, am I automatically placed on a recurring subscription?

A: All orders placed through our menu are either single order or recurring subscription. Our Recurring system will allow you to be billed on a weekly basis for the meals that you select as “Recurring Purchase” and will be refilled for you on a weekly basis. You also can edit the items from week to week in your account settings.

Q: Can I pause or edit my recurring order to change the items on a weekly basis?

A: Yes, you can pause, edit, or change/add items at any time for your weekly recurring orders. You can do this all while logged into your account.

Q: Do you offer a subscription service?

A: We offer you the ability to create any custom subscription service through our recurring order functionality. Simply select the meal(s) you would like to receive on a weekly basis, and you will be billed for those items. Your items will arrive at either the location you selected, or be delivered on a weekly basis if the order is greater than $130.

Q: Can I cancel or receive a refund once my order is placed?

A: Due to the nature of our service, no refunds can be administered once your meal order has been submitted. If you have placed a recurring order, you are able to pause, resume, or edit your weekly order at any time for the following week.

Q: Can I place an order over the phone?

A: All orders must be placed through our website.

Q: Where is your delivery area?

A: Our system will only allow certain zip codes in the DC Metro Area for delivery, otherwise you will be prompted to find a free pickup location nearest to you.

Q: What time will orders be ready for home delivery?

A: Your meals are delivered to you on Sundays in the AM to ensure they go from our kitchen to you as fresh and promptly as possible. Expect your meals to be delivered between 8AM – 3PM on Sunday.

Q: What happens if I am not home between 8AM and 3PM?

A: Please refer to our Delivery & Pickup page for details, and procedures.

Q: When will my meals be available for pickup at the location I selected?

A: We have keys to all of our pickup locations, and drivers will have the meals delivered overnight so you can have them when your location opens on Sunday (unless they do not have Sunday hours/holidays). HOWEVER, it is the customer’s responsibility to check that business’s hours of operation, MightyMeals will not be responsible for unexpected closures, holiday hours, etc. We provided links to each pickup locations website so you can easily click, and check hours of operation yourself on our Delivery & Pickup page.

Q: How do I pickup my meals from the pickup location I selected?

A: Simply walk in, find our branded MightyMeals fridge, find your bag with your name on it, and enjoy your meals!
