Stefano comes from a family of restaurateurs who founded local favorites such as Luigi’s in DC and Osteria Marzano in Alexandria. Stefano has years of culinary experience from working at Tosca Ristorante, Luigi’s, and Osteria Marzano.

Trainers –

Dan & Alex have over two decades of professional fitness experience in multiple disciplines. Together they strive to lead the trend in the food prep industry and have designed a menu that is fun and healthy.

Local Farms –

We work with local farms to source premium farm to table food. Sourcing from local farms means humanely raised and processed animals, no antibiotics or growth hormones. Animals from our partnered farms eat quality forages, and breath clean, country air in an unstressful environment. Some of the farms we work with include, but are not limited to:

-Saddle Ridge Farms- Culpeper, VA

-New Frontier Farms- Madison, VA

Convenience –

We offer FREE home delivery service with 13+ meals and centrally located pick-up sites throughout DC and Northern Virginia.

Quality –

Our seafood is Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certified. We use 100% grass-fed, NO grain finish ground beef, free-range chicken, and
organic/local produce when available.
